Refunds: 

We only offer refunds for wrong items if it was on our end. Not due to ordering the wrong thing or having the wrong design on them. If an item is defective we do require the item be shipped back to us so we can investigate why the item became bad and make our process better to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Lead Time:

We do take pride in making sure all items are made and shipped in a timely manner. However sometimes this is out of our control normal lead time will be 2-10 days. Anything more than that and we will reach out to you.

Bulk Orders:

We do offer discounts on bulk orders, if you feel you are doing a bulk order please contact us and we will go over some options.
